Do you mean store credit or were they supposed to refund you? I used my store credit up beforehand on a piece I probably won't keep just to avoid exactly your situation. Good luck

SS has said they can't help. PCS said I would be reimbursed via paypal soon....that was October.
When was the last time you tried contacting them? I'd be calling or emailing everyday.
