Recommendations for 1/6 Head Sculptors

I've had an immensely frustrating time trying to find a custom head sculptor for a Star Wars character.

I have had nothing but frustration trying to find someone to sculpt a 1/6th head that’s under $900. I am not looking for the most detailed item in the world. Just a decent sculpt for my Hot Toys collection. I would like to add Rose Tico from Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2018) to complete the rest of my Star Wars collection.

Can anyone make any recommendations as to whom could do this?

I suspect Hot Toys will make one eventually, which will likely be the cheapest option of decent quality.

Highly doubtful Hot Toys will ever make Rose, I would say your best best would be someone like Legio7 Workshop. They’ve just recently finished a Snoke commission which looks excellent:
