Need help finding a 1/6 scale tailor

I have been search all over for a list of 1/6 tailors on our site but can't find it. I'm looking for the name of the guy who made several versions of his country's bald headed leader and presented them to him, I'm thinking somewhere South America maybe? He did three or four different figures in different outfits and had a website or facebook page set up for custom orders. He was very good and was very reasonable priced. I know I saved a link or bookmark but have spent my morning searching and nothing. Anyone recall his name or site?

Though it sounds like you figured this out, Cheungkinmen also made a custom figure of his country's fairly bald president, who received it.
