In Search of the Last Action Heroes (2019)

Been following the progression of this on Instagram, glad to see it's moving forward.

Is this the sequel to the 1993 Schwarzenegger movie? Because I'm all in if so.

It is kind of a weird title that they chose. "In Search of the Original Action Heroes" seems like it would better convey what they were going for.

Not necessarily, because the "original" action heroes would be characters from the 70's maybe even 60's Bond, Tarzan, and Zorro. Since the 80's and 90's were sort of a "golden" age of "modern" action heroes, it kind of makes sense to call them the last action heroes, given that that era or generation of characters "died" by the late 90's.

I do agree that the title could be better, since it's too close to the Arnold's last action hero movie.
