That's pretty cool that they're doing this but on a side note it's a real shame that Star Wars has such a messy history of versions and tangled rights with Fox (soon to be at an end thankfully) that they couldn't have done OT marathons (of the original theatrical cuts obviously) with each new film. It's a crime that there were no RO/ANH double features for instance.

Yeah, that’s the biggest shame out of the whole thing
 
Might consider this if any theatres near me are participating. Would love to see the original Avengers and Thor 1 in IMAX.
 
In Australia,one of the cinema chains is doing them all in phases.
So 1 movie a night of phase 1,and then on the Sunday,the phase 1 marathon.
The following week 1 phase 2 movie a night,then on the sunday the phase 2 marathon and so on..
