I'm not liking the sculpt on this one. The proportions look off to me. For the length of his torso, his waist is too wide. And his abdomen area is too busy ...or rather, too messy.
And I agree about the tentacles. Remove the claws and just leave the spikes to make look less like Doc Ock.
