it's New 52 Deathstroke. I think the pose is inspired by a Tony Daniel cover from the New 52 Deathstrole title.

I think you're right, it should be new 52. I thought I was good with the original P1 Deathstroke from the Arkham line but there can never be enough love for Deathstroke!
