Looks much better than the Hot Toys Aquaman.

So this is what manta will look like in the aquaman film? The only thing I'd change with the statues is to make the water a little blue rather than green

I'm thinking on getting the Aquaman piece, and just placing it near the 1/3 JL version from Prime 1. Maybe on his base.

The semi transparency effect looks good with a blue background behind it. At that price you can't go wrong really

Just unboxed Aquaman and Black Manta. I much prefer the Aquaman piece over that of Black Manta. The Aquaman has so many paint variations on the costume, whereas Black Manta is just a flat black with a few gloss accents. However the red lenses are much better than I thought it would be.

The water effect base on both are great.

And one thing on this which is definitely better than the JL Aquaman Hot Toys, is that the Trident is actually made out of a metal. The two blades for Black Manta are metal as well.

That aquaman looks great. Might collect this dc movie line also.

Holy *&^%$ there's toning on the gold torso and the way there's a wrinkle of cloth at the ankles. IMO Iron Studios is killin' it this year - thanks for pics, now I am REALLY looking forward to my Aquaman. I'd messed about for months but finally ordered. This is gorgeous.

Iron Studios continues to put out really nice statues at this scale. Both of these look great.
