No interest in the character, but the base looks excellent!

Not as strong of a representation as I had hoped. If the price is right, I may still get it.

I wish the face had even a small bit of emotion to it. The hair is a bit off...it's OK but nothing that would be on the list

The MSRP is approximately $160.00 USD.

I collected and read the comic book series during its original run under the first incarnation of Valiant Comics / Publishing back in the 90s and familiar with the characer's history / origin. No indication if the body will have the signature trademark bloodshot red circle on its chest. I reached out to PHICEN by e-mail to inquire and included comic art pictures of the character shirtless with the red circle on the chest. The response I received indicates the body's chest does not and they'll look into possibly adding it (i.e. painted) or provide a decal / tattoo of a proper design / material that will adhere / bind to the body's chest accordingly to achieve the look. No guarantee though.

I'll still likely buy the figure, but I hope PHICEN / TBL will be able to add the red circle onto the chest.

Cool that they did a Bloodshot figure. However, I’m a fan of the 90’s version of the character. Now if they’d do a 90’s version I’d buy that and also a 90’s X-O Manowar.

Well at 235.00 retail this is a easy pass for me.

the weapons look like poop, but Im hoping it does well enough we can get a Ninjak figure and maybe an X.O. Manowar figure as well.

I havent read any of the newer Valiant runs, but I have heard good things.

the Ninjak vs the Valiant Universe on youtube was entertaining.

Little update for those wondering....this is just weeks away to getting the US release and the retail is $160 not $235 as someone else quoted and for those of you that want a Bloodshot that resembles some 1990’s comic goodness, he indeed has the blood circle spot on the chest of the actual body. Also fans of the original series really should treat themselves to the 2012 series and Reborn series as well as Salvation....all which are excellent reads.

Well, 160.00 is better. At the time of my posting I saw it for pre-order at 235.00.

Got mine in today. I love this figure. My first male TBLEAGUE figure and it’s amazing. How amazing - I just ordered a second.

Will be doing a video review and have it posted before the weekend. So nice to get something of this kind of quality for the price. We are so used to paying $230 and up for a basic figure with a stand and a few hands and maybe 1 or 2 accessories, it’s nice to get a full figure, tons of gear, and accessories plus a huge diorama, and a box cover/lid that can double as a backdrop....on an amazing body for $160??? Holy hell....I think I just became a TBLEAGUE/PHICEN fan.

While working on bashing my 2003
Comic Bloodshot I was starting to really notice how blue wash that TBLeague used on the head was a bit stronger then they did for the body. So I did a trick I used to do with Play Arts Figures that had that heavy black/brown wash they used to do. Those out there that collect them or had them know what I’m talking about. Anyway I slowly stripped away the blue wash by painting with acetone. Slowly stripping away the blue tint from the areas that I found the heaviest. After stripping I sealed it with Dul-Cote and then clear glossed his eyes. Here’s a comparison, turned out so well I ended up do the same thing for my regular edition as well. Total changes the look of the figure. Still for fans of Valiant Comics this figure is a dream come true.
