Pretty damn lazy of them. Is this how they intend to operate going forward?

Re: Great Twins 1/12 T2 Cyberdyne Shootout T-800

That was the first thing I said when I saw it over on Toyark. The second thing was, "Couldn't they have found a better Arnold Schwarzenegger head to copy?"

Re: Great Twins 1/12 T2 Cyberdyne Shootout T-800

Ah, thought he was the only one so far who had said they could have copied better headsculpts.

Personally I think DX10 probably is the best high end clean headsculpt they could use...but that's not saying much. It has its problems, like any of the sculpts. Really, not a single one has been as good as it could have been - not even DX13 with its excessively wide face and softly sculpted overly round hair.

Yeah, yeah, this thing has provided me yet another opportunity to mouth off about the Hot Toys Arnie sculpts.

Re: Great Twins 1/12 T2 Cyberdyne Shootout T-800

I'm interested in seeing what the company can do. Headsculpt is ok and yeah looks like a shrunken DX10, but the paintwork is what impresses me. Mezco's is so bad and bland if it's there at all. This looks great and the soft goods do too. With the sunglasses on this could be perfect. Hope the price isn't too crazy for a brand new unknown company.

Re: Great Twins 1/12 T2 Cyberdyne Shootout T-800

Is this a bootleg or an officially licensed figure? At least the eyeballs look much better than the DX10 due to not having PERS.

Re: Great Twins 1/12 T2 Cyberdyne Shootout T-800

I guess least he has an straight leg and no bent leg syndrome like other companies.

I think his eyes look really sad. The figure looks like it's gonna cry.

Re: Great Twins 1/12 T2 Cyberdyne Shootout T-800

Least we won't have to worry about bent leg syndrome.

Re: Great Twins 1/12 T2 Cyberdyne Shootout T-800

Is that a reference to NECA with its 'one leg shorter than the other' thing?
