Upcoming star wars projects

I have seen several trailers of upcoming Star Wars movies. Some were fake, and some look convincing. The ones that looked the most intersting were for Obi-Wan Kenobi and Boba Fett stand-alone films. Are these real movies being made? I hope the Boba Fett one is real, it actually looked like something I want to see.

I never fell for a fake trailer, but I did fall for the Tom Hardy is Wolverine fake magazine cover.
