Just wandering what is the best way to remove the head so i can replace the cape and lower the cowel so there is no small gap anymore.. Thanks
 
heat it up with a hair dryer or on a radiator ,or in boiling hot water and when its softened carefully pull it off :)
 
Thanks heaps. Is it possible to remove it and not break it completely. or once its off its off for good ?
 
yeah totally doable pushes back on no problem , just heat up the head and push it back on the unheated neck peg , hole in neck heated and soft and peg on body firm ,apply careful pressure when pushing down and pulling off and it should pop on and off a treat :)
