Question about Battery Options for 1/6 scale figures

I think I've seen it before on another thread but couldn't locate it or at least properly name what I was searching for.

I'm looking for an alternative to batteries such as the HT Iron Man figures. I know there is an option out there that has all those wires sticking out that connect to an outlet but
don't know what they're called so I can properly search for them.

If anyone can help name those batteries that attach to the outlet so I can leave the lights of my IM figure or something else on, I'd appreciate it.

I hope my question isn't hard to understand.
