He fell off the base, his ankle broke, I fixed them, and the base broke again. His other ankle then broke.
The base I put away and called it junk. The chuck doll ankles I fixed by cutting a Libman duster right where the green meets the white on the handle..... Though the ones I used were black on the handle not green so they might be different now. I pulled the broken joint out of the foot so it was hallow and threw away the old joint. I loaded the broken foot with gorilla glue and jammed the round part up the leg unglued so it basically hangs in there and turns. Where I cut the duster on the bottom of the handle is where the foot is glued on.
It can be moved and works as a new ball joint. If I didn't tell you he was broken, you'd never know. Don't ask how I figured this out..... I don't know. It fits perfectly. He turns fine.
