I have the blue so I'm not sure I need the black but I do like the scream head.

1) Why is Batman Arkham City attached to the description? What does that game have to do with this?

2) I’m considering buying this solely for the extra heads for the statue, I don’t really care about the mini body/bust portion. Think I could sell that on eBay for $100’ish?

Because Prime 1 made this figure under the Arkham City line, just as Batman Noel was under the Arkham Origins line and Batman Flashpoint was under the Arkham Knight line. They're all supposed to be based on the game skins, but with the Miller Batman it seems that there's a loophole in the licensing and somehow Prime 1 got the statue's design approved even if it looks more like Gabrielle Del Otto's variant cover for DK III instead of how Miller Batman looked in the game.

Soon after the Miller Batman's release, Prime 1 secured the license for the The Dark Knight Returns universe so the next Miller Batman figure will already be based on the actual comic (some are saying it's DKIII only but the teaser for the Armored Batman looks like it's from the 1986 mini series).

I finally caved and ordered this from BBTS. I have the exclusive statue and the blue bust which I’ll probably sell. What are the chances that the blue bust heads will fit the forthcoming blue suit statue? I know it is supposed to be an “entirely new sculpt” but that might be a nice touch if the heads fit?

Nope.

I sent them an email, and they sent me some boiler plate 1-4 week time window, even though Prime 1 charged me over a week ago.

Think this is the last time I buy something from their website. If I wanted a delay after paying, I would be buying PCS pieces.
