Looking for a Sculptor (Crow emblem)

Hi all, I'm looking for someone who could make the textured crow/raven emblem on Ragnar Lothbrok's season 2 ring armour (see photo below). It doesn't have to be painted and I would pay a good price for your service. I might have some time to try this myself so if anyone has any tips it would be appreciated. I have Aves Expoxie sculpt and a variety of clay tools but don't have much sculpting experience

Do you simply need a piece to attach to existing armor? Or do you need the armor as well?
