I don’t know where or how I’m gonna display this but it is an absolute must have for me. It will stand in the corner of the baby’s room for all I care. Knightmare Batman the protector lol.

Re: Prime 1: Batman V Superman - Nightmare Batman 1:2

I'll never get this. As I'm extremely happy with my 1/2 Batfleck.

But it sure does look good.

.... and it has the same asymmetrical eyes... so probably same sculpt.

Re: Prime 1: Batman V Superman - Nightmare Batman 1:2

WOW i never saw this one coming. Was there demand for the nightmare batman?

You mean besides the HT version selling out quickly and going for crazy prices and the glut of knock off companies putting out accessories so that people could copy the look with their Battflecks? Yeah, just out of left field...if you've been in a coma. :lol

Companies can just make up alt Batman designs and they sell well, why would you think theres no demand for an actual unique on screen Batman look?

For a 1/6 Hot Toys is one thing.

But 1/2 scale?

I've got two from this line, and have no interest in this.

But then again I had no interest in the Hot Toy either. Only got the standard and the Armored versions.

You're right, Batman statues don't sell, I'm sure a lot more people had asked for a Samurai Batman before it was announced, than had asked for this. :lol
For someone with no interest you keep clicking the thread though, weird. I'm sure this will put them out of business, because some total random isn't interested. :slap

I only said I myself had no interest in buying the piece, no need to get (insert word). I did say it's a good looking piece and I can appreciate it from afar.

I never said it wouldn't be sought after by those who appreciate the look, but my comments were only my opinion, on whether this would sell in the 1/2 scale format is all. Of course I don't know what the edition size is likely to be and if lower enough it could well sell out.

Re: Prime 1: Batman V Superman - Nightmare Batman 1:2

Looks super bad ass, but not sure I'd ever be willing to fork over 2k for this guy. Out of the 4, this would be the one I would want.

The 2 1/2 scales I have from this line, have become the centre pieces in my collection.

Before I got them I never imagined that I would ever buy pieces at this scale for this amount of change.

I get the difficulties in the 1:2 scale, that in itself leaves me out as I hate the move I've had to make into 1:3 to get some pieces from Prime1, but I'm not budging on going any larger, so I definitely understand that. Its any time you see new Batman or Ironman or any other hot properties and people act like its not going to sell. I'm pretty sure at this point, most collectors, and especially bat fans realize anything related is going to sell, regardless of source, size, etc... there seems to be an audience for it all.

We do have a thread on this forum already asking for someone to make this and HeubertMichael literally wrote an essay on why no company would make a statue of this figure. honestly, you can use all the words and logic you want, but the answer to these naysayers will always be simple... because, Batman.

The only 1:2 I have is the Wolverine LSF, which is way too short next to any of these.

I think you're trying to tell yourself you don't want this. I admittedly love this, but I think you'll eventually end up with one. You've already done the 1:2 drug, its already in your system. :lol

You could well be right.

At this stage of my collection, it's not so much money being the major concern but space.

Honestly I'm looking at getting the entire (well most of anyway) 1/3 Justice League line... and I don't have the space as it is..... I'll probably end up boxing up some of my collection.

Re: Prime 1: Batman V Superman - Nightmare Batman 1:2

This design looks fantastic in any scale. If I'm not mistaken some people were asking about this, and was wondering why it was left out by Prime 1 in the BvS 1/2 scale line, same with Sideshow since they came out with both regular and armored Batflecks.

I just got reminded of that conversation/debate. Congratulations, you are correct: Because Batman defies all logic :duff

This is a 1:2 piece they have the regular Bats and the armored Bats (that haven't sold out yet worldwide). I didn't think they would do this on such a premium piece.

Re: Prime 1: Batman V Superman - Nightmare Batman 1:2

Of course as I get out of the 1/2 scale game this might just pull me back in. For ****s sake, Prime 1.

Re: Prime 1: Batman V Superman - Nightmare Batman 1:2

This looks awesome. Not sure how much interest there is in 1:2 for something that was only on screen for 3 minutes but this looks amazing. Wonder if u can take off the coat
