You need to find the 1991 Target exclusive first run addition of Duke. A much accurate portrait of Duke, AND a saluting right hand.
I used to have this figure wow that brings me back.
I have it MIB still, just couldn't get to it, I tried but its buried, more effort than it was worth to get out of storage
I still really like the HOF line, I know I'm in the minority with that but that's okay, it was a cool line of some pretty solid figures, nice sculpts, well constructed and built to last, not great articulation or accessories but nice for the time.
