Anakin Skywalker by Darren Carnall

I think many of the users know who is Darren Carnall. He's one the best sculptor and painter. I really appreciate his works. Now he doesn't take orders before 12 months and the prices are very high. But in these days he was new and the prices were acceptable.

Anyway, it's one of his masterpieces. I know, new HT anakin is on it's way. But I think it does not looks like Hayden Christensen.

I have the same Anakin figure, I actually bought two of the same Jedi Order versions but I totally agree, although the head sculpts have a bit of likeness to the actor, it's the paint apps that let it down, Sideshow needs to up their game when it comes to painting their head sculpt figures.

I ended up repainting both of my Anakin heads, one normal Anakin and one Evil Anakin.

I did a slight mod on the Evil version, I heated and stretched some thin plastruct rod in order to replicate some loose strands of hair, then glued them to the head.

Repainted the eyes to Sith version.
