Out of those that haven't seen the prototype stage: Krennic, Deathstar Droid (silver/black), Leia/Boush, Edrio & Benthic 2 Tubes, Moroff, Greedo, Tusken Raider, Jabba and Salacious Crumb $$$, Lando Skiff Guard, Amanaman... Wampa.

I'm pretty simple; I just want troopers:

Scout Troopers. They did the majority of OT troopers so I am really hoping for this guy.
Clone Troopers & varients. Phase 1, 2, Commanders, ARC, etc. Probably less likely due to Sideshows are still pretty darn awesome, but more is never a bad thing. Even if they concentrate on troopers who haven't been made such as Commander Fox, Commander Thorn, and ARC Trooper Colt.

Non troopers:
Plo Koon (Clone Wars armor)
& like Johnny said I think Jango Fett and ROTS Obi One would be cool.
