Let's stick with the new 'tradition' of Thursday statue reviews with a look at the new Collector's Gallery Spider-Man from Gentle Giant! Great design, well though out light feature, and much better paint work than most statues on the market right now. You can find my full review here:

With one sentence, you demonstrate a true lack of knowledge of the Marvel heroes, and what made them stand out over DC's output in the early Silver Age. The depth of characterization in Stan Lee's Marvel books is what made them catch on in popularity, and eventually surpass National Periodical Publications/DC. One wonders if you ever even read a Marvel comic in the 60s/70s.
