The gimmick was funny, for 5 minutes, but it was stale long before the first showing of Twins wrapped up.

Terminator 6: geriatrix

Nah you're overthinking it. He's going to be the first transgendered Terminator with T5's story again.

I fear it will feel like this.

Likely it will be Old Arnold posing as a T-800 who finds old Sarah (yes, she's back -- what the hell else is she doing?) just before her death and saves her, thus changing the timeline... then its time to find sort-of-old John Connor and... well, change the timeline again.
 
Eh, who knows, this might actually be funny. With comedies like Twins, they're not really sacred ground that must be walked on with care. As long as it makes me laugh it's successful.
