RIP Jim Vance

First off, a majority of the people on this board are going to say "Who?" and rightfully so.

I debated whether or not to even start a thread, as Jim Vance was "just" a local news anchor, but for those board members who are either from, lived in, or currently live in the DMV, they'll know how much of an institution Jim Vance was.

Jim, thanks for the unbiased reporting, witty banter, and for 30 years of bringing the news to us.

For us in the Greater Washington DC market, Vance was an institution. He, Doreen Gentzler and George Michael were an amazing news team for so many years. RIP.
