Sideshow has decided to send out international customers orders with DHL instead of FED EX as of JULY 1. Be aware that the shipping charges are the same, they are not any lower, but DHL does not allow consumer accounts to wave off any fees as FED EX does.

DHL charges a $10.75 Processing FEE on every package at the door
DHL also charges a C.O.D. FEE on every order of $4.25 at the door.

All intentional packages will be $15.00 more at the door. DHL also usually has one depot per major city...so picking up a missed delivery will be a lot farther trip than the local Fed EX drop point.

SSC is offering to keep customers on FED EX but only IF REQUESTED ! Call or message Sideshow and ask to stay with FED EX to keep prices on your orders down!

If you live in a country where these items are taxable, then be prepared to make constant phone calls and emails because DHL is too stupid to forward the invoice to you. :lol

Here is there response:

Thank you for reaching out to Sideshow Support. You have heard correctly, we recently started a new relationship with DHL in the hopes of bringing the best shipping rates possible to our international customers.

With that being said, we're more than happy to still ship your Hulkbuster order via FedEx if preferred. The FedEx shipping rates will begin to increase in the near future, however, as a one time courtesy for this shipment, I'll honor our preferred rate with DHL. We will not have the shipping quotes available until Hot Toys has released the shipping dimensions to us, but we will be sure to honor the best possible shipping rate for your Hulkbuster order.

"What is always coming but never arrives?"

Next time someone asks you that question, forget all of that "tomorrow" business - the real answer is "packages from DHL". :rotfl
