Hi all.
A friend of mine bought a Jedi Luke PF from someone.
The edition number looks to be altered, however it's matching the number on the box ( no shipper ).
Did anyone ever see something like this, done by Sideshow?
We think the seller had a broken base, and used an undamaged base from another, maybe damaged Luke PF.
The seller did not disclose anything, nor mentioned anything during the sale.
Also - Does anyone know what can be used to remove the black marker? We are curious if there is another edition number, hidden underneath.
Here is a pic:

SSC will repackage returns, so it's possible that they made some kind of modification to the edition number in shipping it out. But using a black sharpie to do this makes no sense.

As for your thread title. . .

I would imagine ss has a way to erase their silver marker without the need to cover/overwrite it....
Also, the digit's style looks different. Weird.
gonna let him know to try the dry erase, thanks.
