My friend Brandon Auret Plays Noah the Explosives expert In the short.

I enjoyed it. One thing I've always thought was funny was that blompkamp loves his explosive gore. Even his Halo 3 live action trailer has that brute explode in a puff of body parts.

His new thing is up.



Could've used less exposition but it was cool.

His rumored involvement with Kojima is making me pay more attention to this.

The new one is a bit more original than the first video with the aliens. I like it, but what's the point of these videos? Are they testing ideas, are they pilots for a show, movie, or a video game?

I'm digging these shorts although not having any real ending kinda blows.

These looks like they'd be perfect in netflix.

Sort of, Blomkamp said this is like a direct line from artist to audience, the idea is to start small with shorts like these, and if people like them and they decide to support them, then they keep doing them, or move on to bigger things.

Removing the suits middlemen, if you like it, support what you want to see to see more of it.

I don't remember if he said video games and stuff, but he did say the point is to make whatever the artist wants to make.

The monster design was cleverly used in the ending scene. It's like an R rated Power Rangers villain.
