Average shipping to most places for this is $75. If it is shipped it will not include the case. Local pickup will include the case as well. If you live near Minnesota 55309 I would recommend local pickup as the case was custom built and runs around $400. Case dimensions are 32x20x20.

Honestly I have no idea to your question. I guessing it has same amount of protection as a detolf. It's the same exact type of glass as the detolf right next to it. Thats all I know
