They've had some qc issues like the Batman bust and Deathstroke but they offered replacements. Someone had a messed up bubbling paint G1 Megatron.

They have their own factory, but also share another one with F4F etc. There was recently a pic shared on F4F's page where the workers are using a Prime1 box for something. Alex from F4F said they may own their own factory, but they do still use other shared ones as well.
