How can one obtain the skills necessary to be a YouTube statue reviewer?

Do they practice staring at statues for hours every day to hone their skills? How rigorous is their training program? Is there one? Or are they just born with it? Do you need a certificate?

Do YouTube statue reviewers have professional experience using studio lightning? Are they able to look at statue with such keen judgement and powers of observation that they are able to see what we (the regular statue collecting community) are not? Are they able to show us things we cannot pick out for ourselves?

Are they excellent writers; with thorough, diligent, well thought out reviewing criteria, exacting standards and corresponding grades? Are they brilliant? Do they have wonderful, delightful, engaging personalities better suited for a late night talk show than Jimmy Fallon's?

Do we need them? Do we need them to guide us?

What would we do without them? Would it still be possible to collect?

Where would we stand as a community without a dozen or so reviews of each and every statue made?

I think there's years of study and rigorous training involved. Not everyone has what it takes.
