Rainman....head order wait time query

Hello, I am hoping someone can give me some insight. I ordered one of the raw Rainman Psycho heads back in February before they all sold out. I havent heard a peep from them since. I tried the email contained in the Paypal receipt link and it bounces back as unable to be delivered. My question: what's the normal wait time for something like this, and will they contact before the ship it? Any help greatly appreciated.
