The rumour is that the IA and Prime 1 merger fell through, but some of the Pieces IA was working on we're purchased by Prime 1.

From Danny Lim comments on Facebook interview I guess they don't have D.C. or Marvel licenses anymore.
He was asked what licenses do you have he responded Transformers. I figured D.C. license was lost a while ago. So why does EFX have any licenses

Yeah he lost them. Heard about it a while back. Even confirmed from a source. That company had a ton of bad ****. Shame because they had quite a few good pieces being worked.
