Just a little freaky
Hi freaks,
since i've been reading here for 3 years now and just wanted to add a name to the ebay black list
i feel the need to introduce myself properly.
I've been collecting since 2014 and started with Sideshow's Darth Maul (Mythos). As a long time Star Wars and Darth Maul Fan, i was feeling like a 6 year old (32 yrs old now
)when the package arrived.
A few days passed and i had to search the internet for other oppinions on the paintjob and voilà, i found this forum.
After Darth Maul i got a little Sideshow addicted. The opportunity of Flex Pay was simply too tempting. I got around 20 pieces in 2,5years, mainly Marvel and Star Wars, but also horror movie villains or the BTTF Delorean (which i got signed by Christopher Loyd in 2016
).
But after a while i stopped pre ordering new statues, partly because of this forum and warnings regarding bad paint jobs and/or lazy eyes... Got the Darth Vader Life Size Bust with a lazy eye you can't imagine. And it really sucks to sit in Germany, knowing that you can't just drive to a shop and get a replacement.
I now have 4 Preorders open. Prime 1 Guts, Prime 1 Venom, Deadpool Heatseeker and Freddy Krueger ECC Bust.
Besides collecting statues and props, i'm a die hard videogame addict. Mainly focusing on childhood consoles (NES, N64, Dreamcast...) i'm constantly playing with my PS4.
What else?...Comics of course, Vinyl Records, TV Series, Movies
