So 1/2 Bale will be TDK and not Rises?

Great news. But surely a 1/3 Ledger can't be too far behind.
I'll never say no to a Nolan set of pieces but I wish Prime One would slow down.

Doubt it. My guess is that their license for 1:2 scale is for The Dark Knight, while their 1/3 license is restircted to The Dark Knight Rises. That allows them to make Batman from both movies, but keeps Ledger Joker at 1:2 and Bane at 1/3 scale.
