Very, very nice! Feels weird that we didn't see full specs on the official version first though.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

Man, you were fast lol.. This is actually quite an interesting display piece in a way. Can't say there are any other Spideys like it

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

Well ****.

I think I'll be getting this. I really think I will. And knowing Hot Toys, I'm gonna have to pay out the ass for a relatively simple figure.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

Since the lenses on this "Homemade Suit" seem to be articulated (in the movie), does that mean he gets rid of the suit Stark gave him and kit-bashes another one?

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

This suit is in dire need of an upgrade. Systemic, top to bottom.

i think this movie takes place before Civil War

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

It looks fun to play with/super poseable, but it's probably going to be over $200 and it's not going to be worth it for me at that kind of price. Especially since it deliberately looks cheap (ironic that HT can make it look "homemade" on purpose). Oh wells, pass...

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

I actually quite like how friendly this figure is to all the poses. There's no visible points so all the dynamic poses look quite nice.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

You'd think people who pre-ordered this deserve the right to see how the headsclupt look like.

It seems like it doesn't have that "superhero spandex" material so that should allow it to be super fun to pose without worrying about snags or tearing of the fabric.

That would make sense. Just wasn't sure if he always had the lenses. Thanks
It takes place after Civil War. However there are scenes where he's thrown around in his homemade suit so it's most likely flashbacks or the suit Stark made him gets destroyed by Vulture.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

I'm guessing its a flashback scene. We've seen Tony in the trailer and he obviously has a the suit Tony gave him in Civil War. Seeing as how he met him for the first time during that movie there must be a flashback somewhere if this is in Homecoming.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

I can't help but laugh looking at this. The socks, sleevless hoodie, the eyes, etc, just look perfectly cheaply homemade. It's not for me but it looks like it could be a fun figure to pose and have interacting with other figures :lol

I might go cheap this year and make this my halloween costume

Re: 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

This is a figure that I didn't think I'd like this much. It's a fun look definitely homemade and the Peter sculpt will be easy to kitbash a Peter Parker to go with this and the standard. Unless this is ridiculously priced, I'm in. :lol

Re: 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS - Spider-Man: Homecoming - Homemade Suit Version

To me it could look good in a before and after display, with proper Spidey being the after. It would be a good way of showing the headsculpt, which should be good, and having the mask on the other one..
