Jack Kirby Marvelmania Posters?

So, I came across these two Jack Kirby posters with a 1970 copyright on them and I was wondering if there's anyone out there who might know something about them. I've never seen them in these colors, so I'm curious about their origin. They are printed in high quality, but I'm not sure if they're simply remakes, or maybe color proofs from the original printer. If someone more knowledgeable about these posters could help me out I'd appreciate it. I've included pics of the originals vs the one's I have. Thanks.
