Prime 1 Studio: Robotech (a.k.a. Super Dimension Fortress Macross)

This was unexpected news today. Just posted on their facebook page. They're working on a Robotech (Macross) license and I guess first up is a VF-1J Statue with Super Parts. Looks cool as all hell. Happy to see all the Robotech (Macross) love recently. I'm in for almost anything in this line as long as its good.

it does seem they literally are snapping up everything out there. hey, as long as they do something with them and actually make products from said licenses and do a good job, i say keep it up.

I think it would be cool if they made one with the floating effect similar to the egg attack iron man. Bigger with a lighting feature.

That egg attack stuff is cool. Only thing I don't like is how they do those super deformed versions.

If I could get a super detailed SDF-1 about 3 feet long that floats with some fiber optic lights I'd be happy.
