Hello,
I am looking to purchase some display case or book shelves for my Iron Man figures. I've been on Ikea.com a lot, looking at the different options. Here are some of the bookshelves or display cases that I am looking at:

https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S79217718/

https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S29020470/

https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/20260836/

I definitely want glass doors. Biggest thing I am worried about is the shelf weight capacity. I've also considered replacing the wood shelves with tempered glass shelving, to increase weight hold capacity. I would also like to have LED lights on each shelf. Also I would like to have the option to expansion. We know Hot Toys wants to make all of the HPP armors.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

If your Iron Man figures are HT or smaller scale, weight shouldn't be an issue.

If you like full glass shelves then Detolfs are the best option. If you don't mind losing space or having only one side to display, then bestas are the way to go.

Thanks for your input, but Detolfs are too small. I checked out the Bestas, but they aren't high enough or wide enough. Their close, and I would have to stack Bestas on top of each other, and find some way to secure them together. Plus I would need a lot of Bestas and that will cost a lot of money.

My advice...Depends on the size of your collection. Either way, look at the display support system as an investment. If you spend some good coin on it, you'll enjoy your stuff more. Unless you're handy enough and have the right tools to build something kick butt from the ground up, spend the cash on a nice unit(s). Then, avoid what I did by filling it too much!

If I was to start over again I'd tell my young self to be more discriminating in what is purchased and purge regularly. My room is stuffed with too much. If I could spread through the rest of the house, it wouldn't be an issue. Could look nice/tasteful and clean. I'm limited to the footprint of my cave though.

I currently have 47 Iron Man/Tony Stark Figures.
