How to print 1/6 Cash & Small prints?

Anyone tried printing 1/6 Cash & Small prints like Namecard etc using home printer?

Would like to know if home printer is capable of printing such fine design & whether you need a special paper to do so or normal A4 papers will do?

I don't need the wordings to be legible i just need the general pattern.

I have already made templates with exact measurements, tried printing on my printer with A4 papers all i get are printouts on the thicker parts like border the rest aren't showing it looks just like a smudge.

I just go to a 1/6 Kinko's and they print it for me.
