With a total length of 120cm, Beast Kingdom faithfully restores all details of the Rebel U-Wing Fighter, including the battle damage appearance, with special aging coating technique. To make this 1:23 model more real, Beast Kingdom specifically makes the wings and muzzles with metal parts and equips the model with an illuminating engine to lively present the Rebel U-Wing Fighter. The metal stand enables fans to place it more safely. A metal plate indicating the serial number of this limited-edition aircraft model increases its value. Fans of Star Wars should get on this robust transport aircraft to steal the blueprint of Death Star with the rebels.

This retails for $2,499.99. Beast Kingdom is a Taiwan company, and for the rest of us from the U.S., 120cm translates into 4 FREAKING FEET LONG!

This looks to be the same size as the one that Lucasfilm had George Lucas sign, so I'm guessing it can be considered a studio scale replica.

I'd much rather buy and put together the Bandai version for $20-$30. I don't need lighting effects but I'm sure the Bandai kit can be modified to do so for much less than $2500.

Good size for a model ship. Almost like the studio scale for the Millennium Falcon but this one is a bit larger.

I wish it was the X-Wing instead.

Agreed. Wish I had the funds and the space for it. Would go great with the EFX X-Wing and TIE Fighter and Master Replicas Y-Wing and Falcon that's for sure.

It's almost exactly to scale with the efx x-wing and tie fighter. I think those are 1/24 scale, and they shoukd look great together! I'm just excited that someone is actually producing high end studio scale size vehicles!

Were you the one that sold a MR Millennium Falcon here years ago?

Any reliable places to order beast kingdom items from ? This will be my first studio scale piece. FTW !! :yess:

BBTS has it. A peculiar choice in my mind. I would have much preferred a proper snowspeeder or any of the variant ties. Or if I was really dreaming, the slave1 as I have little faith in efx.

Sweet I'll check em out! Yea the MR snow speeder was too big wasn't it? I missed out on every other studio scale offering so I don't want to let this one get by me.

the snowspeeder was too small. I am lucky enough to own it, the falcon and tie. I am in the market for either at-at or the xwing if anyone is selling : )

After seeing the movie, I'm most likely going to want this in my collection too. Geez, this never ends. :lol

Ahh too small I knew it was one or the other :panic:

The Falcon is a dream I'll never own. Same with the X-Wing but if this comes out next year it gives me time to save. I'll gladly have at least one cool ship. Plus I loved the look of this from the first sneaks.

I'm in a unique situation that I'm really starting over from scratch with my collection so nothing is out of that question, within reason of coarse.

I'm considering getting this as a centerpiece for my replica shelves.

The description for this piece says nothing about the wings being able to articulate. I think Beast Kingdom should consider that.

I hope they do as well. Seems like that would be a big selling point. Of course, I'm just glad someone is taking up manufacturing these large studio scale size models. I've been waiting for eFx to put up their Slave 1 for years! I wonder if this means that eFx did not get the license for Rogue one. Anybody know?

Or the long rumored A-Wing B-Wing, etc

I saw their prototype gold leader Y-Wing at Star Wars Celebration, a year and a half ago. Looked completed to me then, so don't know what the holdup is. I have MR's Y-wing, but the paint on gold leader seemed to just pop more. Was looking forward to that one too. Really, ANY studio scale model at this point from them would be welcome.

It blows my mind that they aren't pumping them out. If Beast Kingdom is smart they will start and make a killing.
