Hiroyuki Suwahara (諏訪原 寛幸, Suwahara Hiroyuki; born 1969 in the Ibaraki Prefecture) is a professional illustrator who specializes in Three Kingdoms and Sengoku artwork.

Fantastic! I will pick up all of the samurai & daimyo that ACI and any other companies produced. My DiD Samurai and Enterbay Onimusha need more company.
 
I don't know, these look cartoony for some reason.

I believe there is always a challenge of converting 2D illustrated character into an actual 3D action figures, many have tried and failed, I am just glad that ACI kept the essence of the illustrated and added realism to the actual headsculpt. Besides, the Japanese like to have some of their characters westernized, not your average asian headsculpts in these creations, which I understand, as ACI still gotta respect the original illustrations to a certain extent.
