Wow

This may be the first 'femme' military doll I've seen that didn't strike me as a juvenile fantasy. This actually shows respect for women as soldiers.

The funny thing is that you'll most likely never find a woman in Russian army.

Really? My wife is Russian and had planned to enter the Russian military under a five year contract after finishing school. Not questioning you, but just wondering if these kind of photos are mostly propaganda.



Still, if any country can claim to have actual female soldiers rather than "fantasy" ones it would be Russia. Women's battalions were formed during the latter stages of Russia's involvement in World War I in an attempt to shame the men into holding their ground. Women also fought on both sides in the Russian Civil War and served in combat roles in the Red Army during World War II (most famously as fighter and bomber pilots).

Thats alot of pics to not have a single shot without headgear of some sort on.
