Heldenshop - Anyone else have experiences?

Preordered the negan statue a week before it came out from https://www.heldenshop.de/ . Paid via Money Order (never again) and waited a fortnight before contacting him. Item still up for preorder despite them being in very limited numbers and he said item still hasnt arrived. This went on for weeks, local stores had them physically in stock here in Ireland but he still didnt have his. Early last week I told him to refund my money within 24hrs or I would get the banks involved. I got a quick enough reply stating it would be in and shipped by Friday and a tracking number provided. Friday night I ask for tracking number and no response. Saturday i get an email saying it was delivered today, which is wasn't, getting post / delivery on a weekend in Ireland is slim and also that quick??? Spent next 2 days asking for tracking number and refund and he has ceased all communication so unfortunately banks, solicitor and EU fraud parties are being involved now.

It is the worst shop in Germany you can buy from unfortunately. I cancelled a preorder which I had already paid in advance (an XM statue). After that I had to wait about 3 month to get my money back (abut 900,- Euro). Tobias (the owner) only paid me back my money after I hired a lawyer and filed a lawsuit. He then told me that he didn't pay back the money earlier as he was pissed that I cancelled the preorder.

I will never buy a single piece from him in my entire life even if he would be the only piece on earth selling statues. I can only recommend everybody to do the same.

Any news concerning that case?

Paypal just settled my dispute and I'm getting my money back.
