All I used was a Sideshow Art S. Buck figure. I carved out the face with an exacto and used Sculpey to flesh out the inner mouth and tongue. To get the hair, I removed the hair from a Lon Chaney Vampire and a BTVS Der Kinderstod figure (didn't have the patience to look for fake hair). I used a matte varnish on the skin parts and a high gloss varnish on the bloody parts.

I used that model as a reference for the carving out of what's left of the lower jaw.

your doll was very close to that model. Like I said before you gots talent.

He looks great. I particularly like the skin blemishes and the rancid suit.
