So it's another bootleg.
When I saw Xensation I remembered their Riddler and Two-Face, which I think were their own work.
And the Scaletta was $754 painted and delivered.
So let's see what $130 brings.

Notice the code they gave this - AF15 - is the same as the one Art Figures gave to their 'Heavy Armoured Special Cop':
