What cabinet do you use for 1/3 scale statue!?!?

Have you tried Bestas? they are sturdy and you can adjust shelf size as needed.
I'm getting besta cabinets for my upcoming P1 Batman stuff. 2 per cabinet and lighting they are quite bigger than the detolf especially next to one.

Besta come in three different heights (if they still do the 2 cube high one).
A sturdy table is probably your best bet for 1:3 pieces.

You could use Ikea Stuva.
(I am pretty sure it comes in different heights, etc). - As col mentioned above with regard to the Besta's.
Glass / perspex doors can sometimes be tricky as Besta doors are only 60cm high, depending on the height of the pieces you want to display sometimes custom doors are the only option.
