La Muerta is the story Maria Diaz, a US soldier returning from a tour of duty in Afghanistan to be reunited with her family on Dia de los Muertos, the day of the dead. But her brother has fallen in with The Zavalas, a death-worshipping crime cartel led by the nefarious Mama Z. When they see the family celebrating, they believe they’ve been ripped off by them. The entire family is murdered in cold blood.

Maria wakes out of a coma Eight months later to find her family dead and gone. She seeks justice from the police, but she finds none: they are all in league with the crime cult. Daring the impossible, Maria – aided by the mysterious Faustino – decides to avenge her family and send the Zavala’s to hell, even at the cost of her own humanity.

She looks awesome, especially with that hooded robe. The usual problem with Phicen figures is the lackluster headsculpts, but with the La Muerta makeup on, this figure's head looks great. I may have to pick this up. I know she's supposed to be a hero, but she'd look great on my villains shelf.

Well, Maria ought to know that all vengeance seekers has to show at least 80% skin and 20% leather. It is the warrior's code.

Nice head and shawl. Everything else is garbage.

The head sculpt does look sharper on this one. Very nice.

that robe would be pretty useful for Ultron

Never heard of the character, but I like the look of it, consider it bought.

Phicen are really building up a catalogue of Phigures.

Looks nice but I bet that hair will be difficult to manage.

It's weird that under all that make-up I can say that this must be Phicen's most beautiful face sculpt.

It's a nice looking figure, especially with the robe.

I think this also could easily be converted into a modern Lady Deathstrike figure.

This will look great next to The crow figure..

i agree - the image of her in the poster looks much better - better costume, more colour and those revolvers are fantastic

with saying that - phicens figure is very appealing and very tempting

That poster would make a great background for the display box too

I pre ordered her. I am a sucker for Day of the Dead makeup.

Considering how many versions of Shi they are putting out, hopefully the bandita version will be made.

I wish the flower crown was included.... should be easy enough to make one though.
