A very rough prototype of the 1/12 Hulkbuster with chest opening feature. I wonder how much this will cost.

Very true, but I think ComicCave is the only one making him in 1/12 scale. I'm sad :( , because I feel they are really focusing their efforts on 1/12 scale and will never build any 1/4.

CC 1/4 Hulkbuster was not intended for actual retail release. They only produced one for publicity sake to give away this year @ AsiaPOP Manila . Price was valued @ 9,999.00 USD.

I have asked CC about the 1/4 Mark 43 & Mark 45. They reply back saying they are still going to make them.

Problem I see is they are continuing to work on and release pics for 1/12 scale, but nothing for 1/4 scale. I wish they would just release a pre production pic of a chest, or arm, or something 1/4 scale like they do with the 1/12 progress.

Re: 1/12 Comicave Super Alloy - Avengers: Age of Ultron - Hulkbuster Mark 44

They said the same thing about the 1/4 HB right up till 2 weeks before they gave him away. (That they where still making it)

With hot toys expanding their 1/4 line I think CMC is better served focusing on the 1/12th line

I don't think it's 1/12 though, no scale was mentioned on their RE:EDIT products.

I think since he started the thread and said in the title and a few posts that the CMC HB is 1/12 he knows. They where talking about a different company in the last exchange.

And the sentinal line Auel, is 6 inch I think. Which is pretty much 1/12.

I always have a conception that you need something to compare with to gauge a scale, guess I was wrong then. :lol

Re: 1/12 Comicave Super Alloy - Avengers: Age of Ultron - Hulkbuster Mark 44

Not sure what you mean.

If you are saying you can't tell scale with out reference...that's true. But if they state it's scale then it's the same as the 1/12 CMC. Since the photos don't actually have anything to compare it to. In fact it gauge scale from a photo not only do you need something to compare it to of a known height, but you have to know the focal length and lens type as well. I'm just going by what is the stated scale, same as the CMC.

Ah yes, that's what I'm trying to ask. I have no idea what I was saying previously. :lol

No worries. Lol I figured it out so it wasn't that far off. Lol

Did I answer your question good enough for you?

Yeah pretty much, thanks though :lol

The RE:EDIT seems to be the smallest Hulkbuster I've seen so far and I have no idea how he operates in such a tight space.

Re: 1/12 Comicave Super Alloy - Avengers: Age of Ultron - Hulkbuster Mark 44

The RE:EDIT line is about 1:10 scale, so the CMC hulkbuster should actually be a little smaller, no?

Kind of weird to be able to see MK43's arc reactor.
