Asking Sideshow to delay shipment?

I'm asking this since I've never actually done it before and really not sure I can do it.

Has anyone placed an order for an item that is either in stock or shipping in batches and asked SS to delay the shipment?

I'm putting an order in for the Modern Age Batman that is starting to ship but I'm going to be away from home for 2 weeks and would rather not deal with the hassle of where it is while I'm gone.

Has anyone done anything like this?

I was told that it's all automated and that if it's in stock that it ships. Probably still worth a call. I'd probably wait on placing the order until your back or a couple days before your return.

I just asked them to delay my Stormtrooper Squad leader last week, since I was out of town for Thanksgiving. They were more than willing to help. I told them the day it could be shipped out, and it worked out splendidly. Just call.
