Broken Indy Headsculpt... How to repair?

Hey guys,
I'm sad today, my repainted SS Indy sculpt made a drop yesterday and his hat is broken.
I was working on a kitbash figure and while trying to modify the head to fit the body, the sculpt felt from my desk....
I managed to fix most of the broken parts but one piece is missing and can't find it to glue it back.
Does anyone have an idea of how to repair it? What material should i use?
That sculpt is quite rare now and i want to repair it.

Try epoxy. Should be a cinch!

Use Miliput black.

I used this for an heavy repair on a Sideshow Arthas and it is fantastic!
