he's in the Mortal Kombat X comics. he's the new ruler of Outworld. after Shao Khan's death, Mileena took over but she was overthrown. War Chief(Kotal) of Mileena, became the new Emperor of Outworld

Yeah, you'd have to be a diehard mkx or MK completist to get him imo. But maybe kotal kahn is going to be the next big character that appears in the following games and maybe PCS has been informed of this?

I think he's talking about you guys talking about stuff from the comic, which is kinda spoiler-ish.

Who cares anyway, the story is very generic and weak.
